The controller of personal data processed via the corespace.pl portal is CORESPACE. For any matters regarding personal data, contact us at kontakt@corespace.pl.
What data we collect
Through the contact form on the corespace.pl portal we collect data you provide voluntarily: full name, email address, phone number, company name and the message content. We do not collect more than needed to reply to your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you about it, based on the consent you give in the form — for processing your data and for phone and email contact — and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our email address; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Form and third parties
The contact form is handled by an external provider (Formspree), which relays the message to us. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the matter and any subsequent cooperation, then delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and to object. To exercise these rights, contact us.
